This tool abbreviates case names for use in citations according to Blue Book table T.6.
The interface still needs to be made prettier, but the core functionality works. Try it out. Let me know if you find any bugs by emailing me at joe@joegratz.net. Note that the tool correctly abbreviates geographical terms within the United States according to rule 10.2.2, abbreviating only when the geographical unit is not itself a party.
